Size: Case (6.8 x 4.5 cm) plaque (9.8 x 6.2 cm).
Description: This medallion was given to employees of the Apollo Program. In the front of the case it reads:: "For your contribution to the United States space program", and in the reverse: "...One small step for a man - one giant leap for mankind". In the front of the medallion: "The Eagle has landed - July 20, 1969". In the reverse: "This Medallion contains metal from spacecrafts Columbia and Eagle that took Astronauts Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins on their historic Apollo 11 mission that resulted in the first landing of man on the Moon."
